What I ought to?

A friend and colleague of mine is reading The Screwtape Letters for the first time. He seems excited as each chapter challenges ones intellect and mind.
I’ve read this book many times and I find something new every time. I can recall one of the quotes that really became engraved in my heart and mind and at this time is very opportune.
“I now see that I spent most of my life doing neither what I ought nor what I liked.” (C.S Lewis)
How many times can we reflect and see this? Or admit it.
