This weekend our phone company, Bellsouth decided to do some work in our neighborhood. The price of the work cost us three days of no phone or Internet. It becomes a problem when you are doing your graduate studies online. Well, the solution was Panera’s bakery.

Sunday afternoon I took my G4 iBook, purchased a Jones’ Peach D’Mode, a loaf of Mill Rye for the house, and I was back online. Thanks Panera, I hope Bellsouth learns customer service from you, because they ask, ” What can I do for you?”
